Talent & Organization Senior Manager
In three words: I’m a Foodie, a Traveler and a Reader.
I worked at Accenture before going to Wharton so I already knew that I liked the people, that we work with the best companies in the world and that I would have the support to learn, grow and work in the areas that interested me the most.
I’ve been getting comfortable operating with ambiguity and uncertainty. Knowing how to navigate choppy waters and also helping clients to get started and on the right path
My favorite project was when we partnered with a client whose organization was split when the company diverged. We updated her organization’s operating model and organization design based on the strategic priorities of the new business. We built a business case for additional hiring by demonstrating the revenue at risk if certain capabilities were not addressed. The client was FANTASTIC, I’d go the ends of the world for her!
At Accenture I love that we embrace new ways of working from design thinking and strategic analytics to addressing unconscious bias.
Outside of work my priorities are: #1 Visiting Philly’s many restaurants and BYO spots #2 Running, spinning, tennis so that I can do more of #1
Senior Strategy Consultant
In three words: I’m a Traveler, an Adventurer and a Wine Lover.
I worked at Accenture before going to Wharton. I returned because I really enjoy the collaboration and strategic problem solving of consulting, but also wanted to stay on the cutting edge of technology.
I’ve been stretched in so many ways… whether it’s stepping into a Senior Manager-level role to help a client navigate a challenge, presenting in front of an audience of new joiners, or tackling a new subject matter area I haven’t worked in before, I’m always pushed forward.
One of the coolest project I’ve worked on was an assessment of Sales, Marketing and R&D capabilities at a global Consumer Goods company. It was interesting to see how the company was pivoting toward new consumer trends and exciting to help them identify investment opportunities.
I like that Accenture has a flexible working culture where we can work remote or plan around personal commitments when needed. I also enjoy that you can choose your own path and navigate toward people / teams working in areas you are interested in.
Outside of work I love going out for dinners with friends in NYC, wine-tasting, jogging by the Hudson river, hiking, and traveling to new international spots!
Managing Director M&A
In three words: I’m Outgoing, Trustworthy, Caring.
At Accenture Strategy we solve our client’s most difficult challenges with real solutions and not just PowerPoint slides. I’ve been able to work on some of the largest transactions that are “bet the farm” type of deals and have clients who really listen and implement the advice and guidance we provide.
My favorite project to date was advising on an M&A transaction for a global energy client in Singapore while providing opportunities to engagement members to relocate a team of Accenture Strategists.
I’d describe Accenture’s culture and team dynamic as global, connected and smart!
Outside of work I’m happily married with three kids all playing different sports, ‘nuff said!
MBA Campus Recruiter
In three words: I’m Relationship-driven, Strategic Thinker and Empathetic.
In my role, I’m challenged (and motivated) to think of innovative ways to engage with the MBA candidates and help them decide if Accenture Strategy is the right fit for them (and vice versa).
We have a team-focused, innovative culture at Accenture Strategy and it shows in the way we partner with clients. I’ve always been fascinated by how the consumer mindset is impacting the way our clients deliver their products and services, and our firm is uniquely positioned to offer traditional business and digital solutions.
We have a supportive team environment, and an approachable and open-minded leadership team. We always strive to improve, while celebrating success along the way.
Outside of work I enjoy running (I’m training for my first marathon), photography, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my husband and puppy.mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org
Senior Strategy Consultant
In three words: I’m Supportive, Curious and Pragmatic.
Accenture Strategy’s deep industry and functional knowledge combined with the firm’s technology expertise creates a unique value proposition in the market. Accenture Strategy teams can understand client issues from an innovative perspective and develop actionable and sustainable solutions.
All my projects had something that made them unique, but I really enjoyed one of my recent projects where we’ve helped our client integrate two loyalty programs after acquiring another hotel chain.
Since I joined Accenture, I’ve definitely become more proactive and entrepreneurial. Accenture offers unlimited opportunities, but you should really be proactively seeking and stepping out of your comfort zone to be successful.
Accenture has a unique culture which really differentiates it from the other consulting firms. At Accenture, you are never alone. There is either a teammate who is always there to help you or an expert who is ready to jump on a call and share their expertise. I feel very lucky to be part of this great family.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants in NYC, working out and traveling.
