I am part of the Network Service Management team, which is part of the Network Enabled Solutions. I help in the delivery of end-to-end and integrated service assurance and network management solutions for enterprise network, infrastructure, application, and systems.
Day in My Life
I get to the client site by about 8 a.m., take a few conference calls in the morning, work with the client and users to help them get their infrastructure accesses set up and running, facilitate any training required for the end-users, catch up with my co-workers during lunch, have a few more calls, work on some project work and end my day around 4 p.m. I am very lucky!
I enjoy reading to and playing with my daughter, spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle, coaching and playing basketball, volunteering and watching movies.
