"Be the change you want to see in the world.' This quote sums up my experience, when there is a problem –be the solution, when there is an opportunity to champion change –volunteer, and when something is wrong – be brave to correct it."

About Me

I am the Delivery Lead on a large account which provides corporate functions services to a key client. I ensure that our teams are aligned with the business strategy, manage stakeholder relationships and am accountable for meeting our contract obligations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Day in my Life

I always sleep to the last minute! So the first 90 minutes of my day are chaotic, but once I settle in I focus on enabling my team for success. My day is organized around supporting my team through their delivery obstacles, educating our people on our business strategy and how it translates to their individual roles for maximum impact and finally listening to our clients so that we craft solutions to achieve their goals. Then back to my personal life, walking my dogs, making dinner, and relaxing with my favorite TV Shows…sometimes I actually fit in exercise too!

Outside the Office/My Advice

Outside The Office
I am a mom of three – William, Emma, and Nolan. First and foremost I take care of them and my two furry babies. I enjoy running, walking, yoga, reading, shopping and constantly redecorating.

My Advice
Decide what kind of person you want to be and then it becomes easier to determine what type of career or job fits in your life. About 10 years ago, I was struggling as a working mother with three kids under nine. A very senior woman recognized my struggle. She reached out to me and said, be the kind of mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend you want to be and Accenture will fall into place around that. I have embraced that advice and I think about those words at every decision point. It has helped me be myself.
