"Accenture has given me a career filled with never-ending learning opportunities."

What I Do

I am a member of the Accenture Labs Leadership Team and the managing director responsible for our Digital Experience Research and Development team, looking ahead to what experiences and technologies will change our clients' business in the future. Additionally I lead our Accenture Labs location in Silicon Valley, keeping Labs connected internally and externally with the most important technology trends.

I'm also passionate about supporting women in technology; I lead our local Great Place to Work for Women and International Women's Day programs.

Since joining Accenture in 1997, I've brought innovative technology solutions to both Accenture and our clients across a variety of industries, running technology innovation projects from incubation to large-scale implementation.

Day in my Life

I balance doing internal research and building proof of concepts, with piloting new technology concepts for our clients. I get to work with exciting partners and clients on topics like Immersive Technologies, including Augmented and Virtual Reality, Wearables, 3D Printing, Crowdsourcing, and Digital Customer technologies.

Every day, I learn so much from my clients, my colleagues, my teams, my technology partners…I’m excited to go to work every day, never knowing what challenge or new concept I might have to tackle!

Outside the Office

I love to travel and stay active, playing soccer, hiking, and a bit of photography, especially with my one year old son!

My Advice
Stewardship is one of the most important aspects of leadership. If you teach others and support them to stretch and grow into your role, then you will be freed up to look ahead and see what opportunities you can take to stretch yourself to the role above you.
