I work in Human Capital Management, implementing systems of records for companies to better track and manage their workforce. In my current role as a SuccessFactors™ implementation analyst, I own the onboarding process, allowing our client to recruit and seamlessly onboard the best talent. This system also allows for better communication between recruiters and better visibility of the process. Owning the whole module has been a great learning experience – with more freedom and more responsibility than any role I’ve previously held.
On my current project, I work with my team members to solve system issues before deployment and testing while ensuring that all integrations are running smoothly. We also simultaneously confirm requirements with our client and make any changes that are requested. This should allow us to have a smooth Go-Live. With my increased responsibility and ownership, I have also had more exposure to our client and their team.
I am a big sports fan and love to play all sports. I currently play in a soccer, softball and kickball league. Outside of sports, I like to participate in cultural events around the Chicago area, travel, and spend time with my family and friends. I also have a passion for giving back and love to aid under-served communities. I currently serve on the auxiliary board of the Big Shoulders Fund, whose mission is to provide support to Catholic schools in the neediest areas of inner-city Chicago, and volunteer through Accenture as frequently as possible.
Accenture has provided me with the appropriate challenges at every step, while helping me find my passion inside and outside of work. I feel happy and energized going into work every morning and have had great experiences on all of my projects.
Make sure that you find yourself at a place where you are energized, challenged and your passion is fueled. If you can find all of these qualities, you will do your best work, accomplish your goals and maintain a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle.
