"I am surrounded by high-performing colleagues on a joint mission to make our business best in class."

What I Do

I am a Management Consulting Manager based in San Francisco.  I work in Accenture’s Communications, Media, and Technology practice. As an Accenture rehire, I bring more than 15 years of management experience, working with clients and team members in organizational leadership. As a dynamic team leader, I bring energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage our teams to achieve results and exceed expectations.

I am passionate about human capital development and dedicated to assisting organizations in becoming more agile, fluid, forward thinking, and inclusive.

Day in my Life

I enjoy working with clients to make their lives easier and more rewarding, it is a win-win situation. I provide my experience and expertise, and the client provides opportunities to work on their highest priorities and help solve their toughest challenges. As a consultant our objectives are to help transform our clients’ businesses and deepen the impact our consulting work has for their customers. I consider each day an opportunity to learn new things – technology, techniques, and people-strategies – which all make for an exciting work experience.

Outside of Office

I was born in Detroit but grew up in Chicago. In addition to the rewarding work that Accenture has to offer, I thoroughly enjoy being a dedicated wife and mother. Every career role that I have had over the past 20 plus years has contributed to my success and I value each and every experience.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and three daughters. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and planning cool road trips. Meditation and a little yoga keeps me grounded, which helps me maintain personal and professional balance. This is an essential attribute of a successful Accenture consultant.

My Advice

Focus on your passion, stay dedicated to your career growth, work hard but smart, and NEVER GIVE UP!

It is also very important to develop, grow and nurture your network. For example, when I left Accenture in 1997, I later joined the Accenture Alumni Network, a relationship management platform that helps current and former employees stay in touch with company news, events and colleagues. I invested time in my professional connections, and as a result it really helped my return to Accenture to be more seamless.
