Talent Strategy Associate Manager
"Accenture’s HR TAP gave me opportunities to interact and work with some of the most senior leaders in the organization."
In my role as a Talent Strategy Associate Manager, I'm the employee experience lead for our Southeast Asia Talent Strategy Team. I use data analytics and design-thinking methodologies to understand challenges that our people may be facing, and then we design targeted interventions to help address those challenges.

In 2017, I had just graduated from Singapore Management University, and while I knew I wanted a career in HR, I was unsure of which aspect of the profession I wanted to specialize in. I then joined the Talent Accelerator Program (TAP) with Accenture.
My first rotation had me working on the development of a change-management roadmap for a government client. After that I was working on our “Truly Human” program, inclusion and diversity initiatives, HR transformation and the full range of other disciplines in HR.
The absolute highlight of TAP for me was the international rotation, which took me to London as part of the UK Human Capital and Diversity team. It was an amazing experience being immersed in a totally new work environment and culture. TAP gave me opportunities to interact and work with some of the most senior leaders in the organization, and to take charge and lead projects from end to end.
I spend each day in the HR landscape, assessing people's needs and working with technology—all of which are constantly evolving and presenting different challenges. I try to keep my innovator hat on and think of new ways to help build a supportive work environment.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors and volunteering through local and regional outreach programs.
