I am a Managing Director in Accenture’s Applied Intelligence practice and lead the Resources business, working with our West Coast clients in industries such as oil and gas, utilities and natural resources.
My focus is on achieving the extraordinary! I find new ways to overcome the most complex challenges by harnessing the power of data and using the most leading-edge tech solutions, such as computer vision, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Our goal is to help clients build data-driven solutions to solve complex problems. The work we’re doing is helping build powerful solutions—ones that can better predict and avoid major catastrophic community events, from wildfires to public safety power shutoffs.
In my opinion, the world needs more AI strategists and data storytellers. Data scientists and engineers have important roles and it’s important to be able to bring it all together to tell the story for the client. I’m an engineer but also have MBA—not that an MBA is necessary to work in this space—and I’m able to bring the business and technology sides together.

The primary focus of my workday is communicating with clients to truly understand their challenges. We’re always trying to stay ahead of things, thinking through the issues they’re facing and creating “out-of-the-box” technology solutions and the best ways to add value. It’s also my job to make sure we’ve got the right people on the right teams that will work together for the best solutions.
I spend time outside of work thinking of ways to harness the power of data and AI for the good of society—for example, fighting hunger in my home country of India by using the airlines to get perishable food that would otherwise be wasted to people in need.
You’ll also find me running or spending time with my toddler in my free time.

My advice? Never stop learning. AI is always evolving. Let your curiosity get the best of you—in a good way. Every day, there are new ways of doing things, new client problems. It’s vital to keep up.
