What I do

I define strategic direction for clients backed by data-driven insights, which are derived from blending a variety of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing, across both internal (products, services, sale, consumer segments) and external data sources such as social media and demographic trends.

A day in my life

One of my most exciting projects was defining a plan to reposition a bank’s brand and drive revenue via new channels. The workplan included a year-long social media and AI strategy, including initiatives to undertake technology choices, operating model design, KPI definition and overall business direction. The best projects are data-driven!

I like the fast pace at Accenture and the fact that you can work across industries. My projects have impacted a variety of business areas, from corporate regulatory compliancy via increased revenue to really breaking ground and positioning companies as leaders with the use of bleeding-edge technologies. I’m always working at the forefront of technologies to invigorate every client project with something new.

The company’s culture allows me to be creative while also being completely upfront about the technological possibilities and constraints—something a lot of clients appreciate! The creativity also aligns with some of the things I love to do in my spare time, which includes practicing my aerial skills. I also love to travel and learn about new cultures, and I often pick up phrases in different languages while exploring the world.

My advice

No matter how busy you are project-wise, or what anyone else’s opinions are, it is incredibly important to make time for sport. Not only does it improve your focus; it clears your mind, increases your productivity and helps you sleep better. And the more people that join the company who advocate sports activities, the more competitions we can organize, or the more sports teams we’ll have to enter competitions. #BringOnTheSport!

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support the implementation from proposal to delivery. Includes developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution which supports the business process meeting or exceeding the functional requirements. Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution. Supports organizational change management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution. Leads quality management reviews and ensures all business and design requirements are met. Conducts application and implemented business processes demonstrations to stakeholders; may support preparation of training material and provide user training. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will work closely with the Solution/Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts. Validates the configuration of business data and supports the technical team for any required custom development. Assist or lead test plan development and execution including conducting user acceptance testing ensuring implementation meets client’s requirements.

The Pega System Architect will assist to review and analyze the technical architecture of the current Pegasystem implementation installation/configuration of each of the application component. Support the development of SDLC deliverables for technical architecture components including system administration manual, operations manual, operations manual solution architecture document, etc. The resource will work with the team and client to document functional designs and work alongside the build team to capture design detail in the SDLC deliverables. The consultant will configure the system and support the build where necessary.
