What I do

I’m a Senior Manager focused on helping organizations accelerate their Journey to the Cloud for North America Communications, Media and Technology clients. My technology expertise bridges cloud IT vision and strategy with full-scale large transformation programs. I advise some of the most innovative and uniquely complex business solutions for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

A day in my life

Working with new IT can include many dimensions. We get hands-on and provide solutions for our clients that encompass aspects of artificial intelligence (AI), automation and cloud transformation.

The most exciting project I worked on was providing high-quality, modern engineering and testing services for a multinational mass media and entertainment client. It’s been my favorite project by far because it afforded me the opportunity to work with various business segments within the client’s landscape, as well as several global teams within Accenture.

The client work consisted of more than 50 projects at any moment in time, and each day was never the same. Our services were integral to each business unit’s success, and I gained invaluable knowledge about both the client and Accenture’s business.

My advice

As a mother of five and a Technology Consulting Senior Manager at Accenture, I’ve become the master of multitasking. I’ve found that the most important thing is to take time for your family and work your schedule around that time.

Before I joined Accenture, I knew of the company’s reputation for supporting women in the workforce. Once I joined the company and interacted with other working mothers, I really understood how they were able to balance their families and their careers—and very successful careers, at that.
