Human Potential Lead

"Our work at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) helped their employees prepare for and truly embrace the advancement of technology."
As a Senior Manager and Human Potential Lead, I lead our Accenture portfolio of Talent & Organization/Human Potential initiatives that span across a variety of technology and business transformations. I’ve spent the last 3+ years embedding myself into the fabric of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) culture and building meaningful client relationships.
We partnered with CMHC in their efforts to implement a complete business and technology transformation to replace outdated systems, helping them work toward their goal of providing affordable housing for all Canadians.
I’ve had the opportunity to lead and support our teams in designing and implementing change management, learning and leadership alignment activities to help CMHC employees prepare for and truly embrace the advancement in technology, process and ways of working across their business.
My team includes Senior Manager and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Lead Charles Cattran, who leads a large global team helping CMHC transition several disparate legacy applications onto one technology platform.

My typical day is truly virtual. Every day, I work with a global Accenture team, including peers and team members from our Argentina and India Talent & Organization/Human Potential Capability Network, through video calls and a host of remote collaboration tools. Our culture fosters an inclusive and diverse workforce, bringing together the most incredible teams that challenge me to think in new and different ways each day.
I am a mother to three children under the age of 4 (twins + 1), so when I am not working, my time is spent creating memories with my family. I am often found planning our next international adventure in the quiet moments between work and running a busy household.

Challenge technology on a human level. Always put yourself in the shoes of the recipient of change. Connect with the human side of the changes you are architecting. Be empathetic to the needs of the individual to define solutions that resonate and yield positive impacts.
