Moving from an idea about a new service offering to the realization of this idea requires working with many people, with a diverse set of skills and perspectives. I collaborate with colleagues from across Accenture, from people in Strategy to rethink business models, to colleagues in Technology to create new platform experiences. They all possess different, but essential, pieces of the puzzle; the puzzle being the holistic customer experience you want to end up with.
“Crafting” is a skill that all Accenture people have in common—not in the traditional sense of the word, but more in their mindset, both toward our clients and their own careers. My hobbies outside of work are hockey, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, backpacking, reading, reflecting and learning.
