A typical day for me involves tasks from a variety of areas. I’m quite multifaceted, and I’ve found ways to pursue my passions at Accenture. As the lead for our SoCal Disability Employee Resource Group, I’m able to advocate for inclusion and diversity and persons with disabilities. I love cultivating community and meeting new people, and I am also on the executive board for our SoCal Security Local Connections team, which plans events and programming for the SoCal Security community.
My favorite thing about working for Accenture is that you’re allowed to write your own story. Since my first day here, I’ve been encouraged to take charge of my own career journey. This mindset has helped me to find growth in all opportunities presented to me and has allowed to feel that although this is a very large company, my story matters and I have a place here.
When I’m not working, you can find me participating in a variety of activities to stay active, from dance classes and pilates to rock climbing. I moved to Los Angeles for my job at Accenture and have had a blast checking out all that the city has to offer with my friends.
