As an App/Cloud Support Associate and Scrum Master, I facilitate scrum meetings and enact change and continuous improvement to increase the productivity of scrum teams. I empower teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionalities. I manage a backlog, prioritize resolution of defects and bugs and communicate with other management, engineers, product/project managers and support specialists on product issues.
I joined Accenture after serving in the U.S. Navy in the medical field. Transitioning to technology with a medical background was easier than I anticipated due to my adaptability to sudden changes as the military taught us to learn and adapt to different environments.
I’m passionate about projects that have an impact on our youth. Recently, I was able to be a part of a project helping a client create and release a free internet product for students in the United States.

A day in the life at Accenture is never the same as yesterday. The ability to work in different areas within technology is what makes Accenture so great. I never feel siloed or as if I must stay within one area. Flexibility and access to so many learning and growth development opportunities is what drove me to Accenture.
I love spending my free time with my family, exploring new hiking trails or camping and roasting marshmallows around a firepit. I also volunteer my time in off-road 4x4 person and vehicle recoveries around the Puget Sound area of Washington.
