Technology Support Analyst
"I love the endless opportunities for learning and mobility within Accenture—I learn new things every day."
I am a Technology Support Analyst and currently work in our U.S. Business Collaboration team, where I help with blogging, organizing town hall meetings and producing Teams Live events. I am interested in project and program management in IT and cybersecurity. I love the endless opportunities for learning and mobility within Accenture—I learn new things every day.
Recently, I’ve been focused on producing virtual events, including hosting ongoing training to help upskill our people’s cross-functional technical knowledge, emphasizing cybersecurity and automatization tools. I also co-lead the Accenture Analyst Action Team in New York and New Jersey, representing the voice of over 2,000 analysts to New York Metro Managing Directors.
I supervise and guide junior analysts on producing events around networking, engagement and diversity and inclusion. My greatest accomplishment thus far has been supporting thousands of COVID contact tracers, applying my agility and willingness to learn new skills at short notice.
I strive when I am overcoming challenges, and I am learning every day. Every morning it is challenging but very gratifying knowing I am supporting projects that are hugely critical currently.

Having kind of a hybrid role allows me to explore many aspects of technology. My typical day can seem like a journey; here is what my agenda might include:
Connect with the Accenture Diversity Anti-Racism Task (DART) Force to discuss our initiatives for the rest of the year.
I feel like I can bring my authentic self to work at Accenture. The Accenture Hispanic-American Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Summit is a yearly event that inspires me to lead in authentic ways. I also participate in our HOLA Mentoring Program, which helps me connect with other Hispanic-American professionals inside and outside the New York metro area.
The 1 Manhattan West (1MW) office in New York is a space to explore innovation and collaboration. It excites me to have a place to go a try out new ideas and be challenged. It is tough to select a favorite spot, but the 360-degree views of NYC are a highlight of our new office. The design and culture at 1MW inspire me to aspire to new highs and challenge myself.
I spend my time outside the office learning and growing, personally and professionally. I am an evening MBA candidate at Zicklin School of Business, CUNY Baruch College, furthering my technology management and cybersecurity knowledge. At Baruch, I am now the first graduate director of the ISACA Cybersecurity Club, president of the Zicklin MBA Club, a member of the Zicklin Graduate Student Ambassador Program and one of the two Carl Spielvogel '56 MBA Scholarship recipients. I am also proud to be a board member of Per Scholas in New York.
“The design and culture at 1MW inspire me to aspire to new highs and challenge myself.”
Agility, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and accountability are essential skills for the kind of work I do. I take advantage of continuous learning opportunities at Accenture to build my skills and understanding of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, security, cloud and automatization.
Interested in a career in tech? Figure out what excites you most about technology, and go for it! I genuinely believe there is a role for everyone in tech. If you're into HR, you can be a recruiter for technical skills. If you're into sales, you can be a technical sales representative. There are a ton of opportunities.
