As a Digital Marketing Senior Manager, my work is centered on delivering digital transformation, customer analytics, marketing research and operations excellence for clients in the retail and consumer goods industries.
On a recent project for The Central Group brand of retail, services and products in Thailand, we helped to transform their customer loyalty program and develop The 1 App. In my role as the delivery lead for the project, I was responsible for keeping multiple workstreams on track, ensuring we delivered quality work and, most importantly, keeping the teams happy and motivated.
We started with a strategic assessment across the business. Next, we analyzed and catalyzed their omnichannel capabilities by leveraging digital platforms. New, digital marketing campaigns were activated and enabled by the technology stack we’ve built.
Our team, assembled of diverse skills and talents, worked together seamlessly by keeping them well informed of the overall project status, milestones and—most importantly—the longer-term vision beyond the initial project phase.
My team included Digital Strategy Senior Manager Laura Nickles, who helped identify better ways to engage customers; Experience Design Consultant Aomruethai Lo-apirakkul, who led the design team; and Technology Consulting Manager Padapa Sinthornkasem, who served as business analyst lead.
