"Cloud is exciting and transformational, with untold benefits. I believe if your business is not in the cloud, it will be in the ground."
What I do
After a nearly two-decade hiatus, I rejoined Accenture to lead Journey to Cloud for the U.S. Midwest region. I'm responsible for bringing our exclusive capabilities, team members and ecosystem partners together to ensure that our customers have the right strategy and industry perspective help our clients transition to the cloud.
Cloud is exciting and transformational, with untold benefits. I believe if your business is not in the cloud, it will be in the ground. Companies will need to migrate to cloud technology in order to compete in an increasingly brisk, aggressive marketplace.
As a leader in Accenture's cloud business, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the largest technology organizations in the world in multiple industries such as auto manufacturing, systems integration, high-tech computing and telecommunications.
Accenture’s core values such as stewardship, commitment to growing and developing great leaders, transformational work and working with the best clients and best projects are the many positives that drew me back to the company. Accenture’s forward-thinking culture and technology prowess with great, smart people and teams and the many opportunities to travel, which I enjoy, all remain the same.
Our culture of inclusion and diversity is also fostered by our employee resource groups—vibrant communities that enable our people to strengthen their networks, grow their skills, celebrate their heritages and give back to the communities where they live and work.
“Our culture of inclusion and diversity is fostered by our employee resource groups.”
Find a company that feels like home. Accenture exceeded my expectations when I rejoined the company; my team members were so welcoming and supportive, and they made sure I had everything I needed to be successful. I’ve had a 25-year career, and I count the years being back at Accenture as some of the best yet.
