As a Workday Business and Integration Architecture Manager at Accenture, I help large global clients implement Workday as their new cloud-based HR system. I specialize in leading teams to develop harmonized compensation structures and job catalog design.
I love helping clients who are new to Workday and watching their excitement over new solutions that are available. My role continuously evolves to meet the client’s needs and their expectations, which allows me to gather great experiences across various technical, functional as well as project management roles.
My most recent project was with a large global consumer goods company. I helped lead the restructure of their annual merit and stock compensation process, as well as developed their job catalog structure essentially from scratch. I was able to deliver a design that allowed the client to have a streamlined total rewards system that had previously been a very time-consuming, disharmonized process. The new job structure provided the company with a way to analyze their workforce data globally and identify new modeling capabilities for future growth across regions and workgroups.
Accenture has fully supported my endeavor to develop my Workday career path and interests. I started in a technical role and moved into the functional side when I expressed interest in growing and learning more about the system and working closer with clients.
