What I do
I work in the Accenture Industry X.0 practice, simplifying and improving the assembly process for a global manufacturing corporation. My role is to identify challenges and propose the best digital solutions. I work directly with operators, testing our solutions in the field. My latest project is working with the person responsible for the final assembly line of a product, helping to develop innovative digital solutions.
A day in my life
I’m currently serving in various capacities on five different projects, some in the proof-of-concept (PoC) stage and some already in industrial mode. I define business requirements with future users, explain and review with Accenture developers to deliver the best applications and organize training sessions to explain how the new solutions work. I also organize events to present our solutions to the client’s employees. We are open to new ideas with no barriers—it’s how we imagine great things.
The collaborative teams and cutting-edge technology are some of my favorite things about Accenture; we operate like a small company. We all know each other, play on sports teams together and enjoy other social activities. During my free time, I practice football with my Accenture colleagues, go to the gym and run twice a week. I’m training for a marathon—maybe (hopefully) a year from now.

My advice
To build a successful career at Accenture, proactively manage your network and stay curious. The Accenture teams that I’ve enjoyed working most with consist of people who are constantly learning and always exploring how emerging technology capabilities could be applied across industries.
