Digital Business Integration Manager, Analytics and Data Strategy

Los Angeles

"The best part about this kind of work is that we’re using data, not assumptions, to solve problems."

How I put change in motion

As an Adobe Digital Business Integration Manager, I focus on helping teams use Adobe technologies to achieve their business goals. This can be anything from building a new website to understanding how people use it and developing new tactics to provide the best user experience.

The best part about this kind of work is that we’re using data to solve problems. When we work with teams to experiment different solutions, it gives clients confidence knowing that results are proven with data, rather than assumed.

While working with a large healthcare payer and provider, we stood up their Adobe Analytics capability and transformed the organization to become data driven. We developed measurement plans and execution strategies for all digital products to ensure an optimal user experience, with a focus on continuous improvement. Since starting our engagement, the velocity to implementations and enhancements based on data has increased by 14 times.

Working alongside Accenture colleagues, I lead the development of our Adobe Analytics training program that has been deployed across various markets. I support the Adobe Exam Certification program by helping co-create the Adobe certification exams. Collaborating with Adobe ensures I am keeping up with new technologies and enhancements to the Adobe products, as well as partnering with other Adobe professionals across the globe.

A day in my life

My days focus on supporting a variety of clients across different Adobe challenges. I am passionate about mentorship and training for our developing analysts and consultants, so I do my best to keep open slots in my calendar to allow for time for questions and conversations with our internal teams.

“Partnering with our clients in defining what success looks like ensures we are aligned on the path forward and can measure our progress toward our shared goal.”

My advice

I’ve learned that SMART (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Time-Based) goals are critical in defining a shared objective alongside our client teams. Partnering with our clients in defining what success looks like ensures we are aligned on the path forward and can measure our progress toward our shared goal.

My advice is to never stop learning, and always ask about what you don’t know. There are no bad questions. Take advantage of online training opportunities—there are so many available.
