Our Murex services span system transformation, DevOps enablement, cloud adoption, continuous testing, upgrades, and managed services. Working closely with our clients and partners, we have developed a suite of software solutions designed to better integrate disparate systems and add critical functionality—ultimately saving time and cost while ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
You Are
You are a Capital Markets technology leader with strong Murex expertise and a proven track record delivering complex technology programs. You are comfortable leading delivery, engaging senior client stakeholders, and developing high‑performing teams across locations.
You may operate as a Murex Integration Delivery Lead for defined programs or workstreams. You bring credibility with clients, platform vendors, and internal leadership, and you are commercially aware and delivery focused.
The Work
In this role, you will:
Lead delivery of Murex programs, integrations, upgrades, and operating model changes across consulting, system integration, and managed services engagements
Act as Delivery Lead or Deputy Delivery Lead depending on program scale and role level
Drive solution design and integration across Murex modules and surrounding Capital Markets systems
Partner with client stakeholders to shape platform roadmaps aligned to business, risk, and regulatory priorities
Build, manage, and mentor multi‑location teams of Murex consultants, including Managers, Senior Managers, and specialist leads
Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction across assigned scope
Support or lead sales opportunities, including RFP responses, solution shaping, and deal closure (scope varies by level)
Manage and strengthen relationships with platform vendors and strategic partners
Contribute to the growth of Accenture’s Murex and Capital Markets practice through people development, asset creation, and thought leadership
What You’ll Need
Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience delivering Capital Markets technology programs, with significant hands‑on experience in Murex
-
Proven depth of knowledge and recognized market track record with one or more leading Capital Markets platforms (Murex preferred; Calypso and/or SimCorp also relevant)

Experience acting as delivery lead for complex, large‑scale programs spanning consulting, system integration, and managed services

Demonstrated ability to independently manage and develop large, multi‑location teams, including senior managers

Experience acting as a Client Account Platform Manager or equivalent senior client‑facing role

Strong understanding of Capital Markets across sell‑side and/or buy‑side environments

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior client executives and platform vendors

Bachelor’s degree
Bonus Points If You Have

Experience leading global or regional Murex transformation programs across multiple asset classes

Strong exposure to front‑to‑back trade lifecycle, risk, collateral, treasury, and regulatory domains

Experience driving DevOps, cloud, and modern engineering practices within Murex environments

Proven sales origination experience, including shaping platform‑led deals and supporting business development

Murex certifications or formal platform training

Experience working within large, matrixed global organizations
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
