Client Account Lead, Public Service

The Work:

  • Responsible for/contributes to building trusted strategic partner relationships by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and bringing expertise and thought leadership to solve critical business issues.

  • Contributes to profitable sales growth, expanding Accenture's footprint, ensuring profitable delivery and influencing the client's strategy to help drive high performance and continuous innovation.

  • Contributing to Financial Metrics: (e.g., sales targets, revenue targets, CCI, Accenture account size classification), and/or growing net new revenue for an Accenture service not used at the account.

  • This role contributes to profitable sales growth, expanding Accenture's footprint, ensuring profitable delivery and influencing the client's strategy to help drive high performance and continuous innovation.

  • Ability to travel up to 40% within Florida

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • Minimum of 10 years of working with government OR Higher Education clients (preference given to State of Florida clients) in an IT or business management role

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience establishing and managing pursuit plans/budget for new and existing clients

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience being self-directed and working in support of account priorities and as a team

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing a team and working within a group

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
