The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as a member of our location services team and will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations.

This role is responsible for a wide range of services that include executing guest services and maintaining all aspects of workplace through a hospitality lens, internal and external customer support and general administrative care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Life and Safety efforts: including greet and direct employees and visitors, answer general inquiries, resolve issues/concerns, badge access and CCure administration

  • Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space and equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy and providing a daily reservation report for the workplace team.  Set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms including audio/visual equipment

  • Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the office

  • May act as a point of contact for external vendors.  Problem-solve by drawing on knowledge of other departments utilizing network of contacts

  • Support the planning and execution of all on-site meetings/events and on-site catering.  Liaise with Event hosts

  • Provide back up support for Facilities/Services

Job Requirements:

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA

  • Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday with flexibility to work overtime as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate setting

Preferred Skills:

  • Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)

  • Comfortable with technology and social media (advanced skills a plus)

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
