A multi-faceted producer who can effectively coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams—internal and external—across the mediums of digital, interactive, experiential, social and film. You thrive on problem solving and collaboration and you want to create compelling content and experiences.
In this role, you will be a key member of our integrated production department. You’ll contribute to strategic, creative, and logistical discussions. You will scope projects and prioritize project tasks, and demonstrate a mastery of production best practices. You will have direct responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects on time, on budget, at high quality.
The work:
- Work with other disciplines (Department Heads, Account Management, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, UX/Design, Technology, and Production Studio) to determine scopes and project requirements
- Define resource needs, internal and/or external, and create project budgets, plans, briefs, and timelines
- Team with Business Affairs and Legal to define and manage risk and ensure all rights and clearances are in order
- Prioritize project tasks, manage independent deliverables, adjust to changes and unexpected events, and take responsibility for the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
- Select, coordinate, negotiate and manage efforts of outside partners and vendors
- Manage content creation, asset collection and organization
- Manage quality assurance and testing efforts
- Represent production in client-facing meetings and presentations, in collaboration with other departments
- Maintain up-to-date information and a point of view on emerging technologies and production processes, particularly AI and automation tools
- Maintain professional relationships and good working knowledge of external production vendors across the digital, interactive, film, and post production space
Here’s what you’ll need:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing integrated production projects and coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams
- Experience on projects for major global brands in an advertising context
- Experience creating and managing production budgets >$1M
- Good working knowledge of standard office and production software
- Ability to travel as needed (Travel 10-40%, dependent on client and project)
- Ability to showcase portfolio examples of integrated work for brands
Bonus points if:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Interactive Telecommunications, Film or related Arts/Creative program
- Experience using scheduling, project management, and collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of social channels e.g. Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat
- Excellent people skills that will enable you to build relationships working closely and collaboratively with all parts of the internal team as well as externally
- Hands-on experience with creation of video, photography and/or basic visual design
- Experience with generative AI for images, audio and video
- Enthusiasm for and interest in media, popular culture, Internet culture, art and design
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
