The Work
Design and build detailed technical cloud CRM solutions
Design and develop sophisticated customizations using Salesforce and Force.com
Lead the day-to-day work of our Salesforce technical team, onshore and offshore
Use the Salesforce platform, security, single sign-on, and other tools to build end-to-end solutions
Run workshops, work closely with clients, and be ready to talk about tradeoffs
Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
Share standard methodologies on the positioning and delivery of solutions
Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce leading practices
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0-100% depending on business requirements.
Here’s What You Need
- A proven ability in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software projects for 4 years
- A minimum of 2 years' experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF) and integrations, and defining and implementing data migrations
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools (process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If you have an Associate’s Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience
Bonus Points If
- You have effectively led developers before
- You have demonstrated ability to navigate both the functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement
- You have experience in development and/or configuration on other CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, Zoho, etc)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
