You Are:
An experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Architect that designs and implements advanced Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements. You have a deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture and are able to lead the Technical Development of complex Salesforce projects. You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Work:
Architectural Design:
Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive technical architecture documentation and best practices.
Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across all Salesforce projects.
OmniStudio and Experience Cloud Expertise:
Leverage OmniStudio tools to create guided processes, data models, and OmniScripts.
Design and implement Experience Cloud solutions to create engaging customer and partner portals.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements in OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
Technical Leadership:
Lead technical design sessions, providing expert guidance on best practices and solutions.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Integration & Customization:
Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other systems.
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
Develop custom applications and workflows to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions, addressing any issues promptly.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and Development
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, and/or Experience Cloud.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations
Salesforce Architect certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
