You are:

An Oracle Cloud Record to Report Lead

The work:

  • Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle

  • Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs

  • Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)

  • Give clients options for Oracle Cloud designs using prototypes

  • Set up, document and test the Oracle Cloud ERP; understand and apply Accenture Oracle methodology

  • Gain the trust of your client, team mates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered

  • Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience developing and executing activities related to end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation of  General Ledger, Intercompany modules, including financial reporting.

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience providing technology analysis and design services.  Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements.  Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements.  Delivering services.

  • Minimum of 2 full implementation project life cycle of Oracle ERP Cloud.  Understand and translate client needs into business and technology solutions. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience


Bonus points if:

  • Oracle certification in Financials (including EPM).

  • You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects

  • You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment

  • You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
