You Are:
The Delivery Engagement Partner brings a consulting approach and proactive ability to execute while representing the Channel Leads within a specific region (Global, US, EXUS).
The Work:
Be the POC for the assigned DET core team on behalf of the Channel Leads.
Work with Global/HQ client’s teams and AORs to produce reusable playbooks, campaigns and assets for the global program.
Advise on global content masters, using local usage insights to drive market relevance and impact.
Drive the clients’ Reuse goals.
Assist on content strategy in coordination with global AOR teams.
Focus on adoption of the global model, driving content reuse, provide consultation in the space of HCP/HCC engagement planning, content planning, co-creation. Analyze overlaps and project characteristics across regions or products and identify margins of growth for marketing teams in processes not yet adopted.
Ensure complex projects are delivered on-time and on-budget providing a critical link between the offshore team and the marketing team.
Operate as a Process Owner, participating in all ceremonies and key planning conversations (tactic, measurement maps, release planning, etc.)
Ensure the work is getting done and the DET (or Agile POD) is getting appropriate updates.
Solution for timeline challenges, raise process/DET/integration vendor escalations, and/or work-load capacity issues.
Work on behalf of client's accountable individual and engage the client’s individual as needed for successful delivery.
Directly manage complex campaigns and projects that require complex interactions including heavy local agency interactions, client in-market brand interactions, while facilitating with offshore resources.
Ensure all in market translations and transcreation assets are ready for production and remediate/escalate when needed.
Responsible for understanding and promoting Channel Lead objectives and priorities within the DET, especially in bringing in the right Channel Lead proactively based on DET priorities. Provides guidance on channel standards and best practices by conducting channel SME review (as applicable) and reinforcing the importance of an MVP and/or phase out work approach.
Monitors DET backlog, sprint schedule, and objectives and plans demand need responses with delivery team accordingly.
Provides ongoing updates to Channel Leads on DET priorities, discussions, and sprint retrospectives. Additionally, will bring in Channel Leads proactively to help facilitate project discussions and/or churn within the process.
Provides input to and coordination with channel strategy leads, ensures strategy is being followed across DETs.
Coordinates with the PTM, Lead Developer, and/or Technical Advisor for development and deployment activities
Understands and vocalizes risks, blockers, delays and/or 3rd party dependencies with the DET, development team, and DE Team to address and rectify.
As model continues to evolve, role responsibilities will adapt as required.
Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of Digital multi-channel marketing experience
Minimum of 1 years of experience in the development of customer journeys, personas and modular content
Minimum of 1 year of Marketing Account Management experience (client-facing)
Bonus Points for:
Interest and ability to work onsite at client's offices 2 days per week
Knowledge of Pharma industry and marketing in highly regulated environments
Ability to understand and translate marketing analytics reports
Awareness of digital trends
Cultural awareness and international experience

Travel:
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
