Job Description
App/Cloud Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of App/Cloud Support Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:
- Manage delivery teams supporting critical applications in 24X7 environments.
- Manage the relationship with the client and provide new requirements for Empower application development, configuration, and support projects.
- Lead technical teams through design and development of complex systems.
- Oversee the changes implemented by the team in production, and review and confirm the successful implementation.
- Manage the scope of production support and review the requests by the site teams.
- Manage the development of complex design solutions and configurations, updates, and fixes to meet the application functional requirements and company security standards.
- Coordinate with teams to provide uninterrupted support across all domains and platforms and seamless application stability.
- Implement, integrate, and manage end-to-end applications, maintain all environments within the SDLC Life Cycle, and ensure successful deployment of released applications.
- Optimize applications by enhancing the security standards and implementing the new logging technologies and monitoring in place.
- Modernize and automate manual work with Ansible to reduce the manual intervention and errors by creating playbooks.
- Provide guidance to the team to analyze the data with checks on regular basis to predict the failure and implement solutions.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working with clients in the Life Science industry;
- Collaborating with Client Functional team, Business Process leads, end users, stakeholders, teammates, vendors, and leadership team to ensure seamless services to clients;
- Performing analysis of functional requirement documents on Empower Master Data;
- Creating Empower Master Data technical design documents;
- Providing Empower production support and resolving problems within Membership;
- Experience in leading the pharma laboratory software configuration teams across geographies;
- Managing 24/7 lab environments; and
- Experience in providing IT support to pharmaceutical laboratory scientists.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
