Job Description

Technology Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Mountain View, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Architecture Manager in Mountain View, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Work with client solution architects for design, gap analysis, and solution feasibility from both a functional and a technical standpoint.
  • Work as an enterprise architect by assessing complex solution requirements and work with multiple vendor teams to evaluate and create designs that align with the client’s future-ready technology requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budgeting requirements.
  • Develop and update project plans for enterprise projects outlining the technology stacks, project requirements, overall scope, budgeting requirements, capacity allocation, and QA and release schedules.
  • Manage resource onboarding/offboarding and handle attritions by minimizing the impact on project timelines.
  • Manage resource appraisals and make decisions on hiring based on client/company requirements.
  • Manage SLA compliance and prepare leadership reports on SLA/KPI performance.
  • Work with Client PMO and Release management teams to manage system rollouts and upgrades, and support ongoing maintenance of production applications.
  • Manage multi-location multi-member teams and handle work delegation for projects with an onshore-offshore delivery model.
  • Manage Quality assurance and defect management (including QA audits/reviews, issue triage and assignment, scope creep, and preparing RAG reports for all projects).
  • Work closely with senior management to enforce strict adherence to enterprise-wide initiatives and guidelines that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Work with client teams to identify areas of growth including but not limited to new Innovations, Automations, managing technical debt, and identifying ways to improve general availability for the client environments.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Driving critical discussions and decisions on solution design, and implementation;
  • Managing software delivery from offshore teams;
  • Collaborating with multiple vendor teams and coordinating delivery across front end, middleware, and backend IT applications;
  • Performing solution design for integrated environments;
  • Utilizing C/C++, Java, SQL, or Python;
  • Navigating Oracle ERP environments and utilizing Oracle seeded APIs, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Unix Shell scripting, Javascript, Oracle OAF, Oracle Apex, and Oracle Forms and Reports;
  • Utilizing code versioning tools including SVN, PVCS, Azure or GIT; and
  • Utilizing deployment automation tools including Jenkins, HP PPM, or Azure pipelines.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
