Job Description
Sales Capture Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Mountain View, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Sales Capture Senior Manager in Mountain View, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Work with Accenture's solution, delivery, partner management, and account management teams to develop and execute a business plan.
- Analyze financial services industry trends and financial services customers needs to identify focus areas for Accenture to build the solutions and services.
- Work with Accenture teams, cloud partners teams, as well as customer representatives to customize cloud migration solutions and services to fit the customer’s business needs.
- Develop integration plan for the proposed solution or service into the customer's IT systems, while focusing on standards, compliance, tools, and governance.
- Work with Accenture's solution, delivery, client account, and legal teams to define the scope of services, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to structure and finalize a statement of work for the customer's representative.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for staffing and set up governance and reporting mechanism to ensure Accenture meets all the commitments made to the customer.
- Manage existing and build new relationships with Accenture's partners and customers.
- Analyze historic performance of Accenture's sales efforts, solutions, and programs to continuously improve our solutions and services.
- Manage, supervise, train, and mentor sales and solutions team.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Managing and executing on stretch revenue, margin, and client satisfaction targets;
- Working with highly matrixed technology sales, solutions, and delivery teams to deliver results, including strategic planning, execution, and implementation;
- Collaborating with client executives and working with CTO, CIO, and CMO stakeholders to solve key business problems;
- Utilizing cloud technologies;
- Managing client business transformation and digital transformation;
- Working on business models, contracts, negotiations, and deal closures; and
- Coaching, mentoring, and training team members, peers, and associates.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the California Transparency Bill, the offered wage for this role is $270,421.00 per year.
