Industry X – Engineering Management Consulting Lead - Midwest Region

Here’s What You Need:

• 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives

• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level

• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).  

Bonus Points if you have:

• Tier 1 management consulting firm experience
• An MBA or equivalent graduate degree
• Previous engineering experience
• Experience with CAD and PLM systems
• Ability to support both client sales origination and project delivery
• Ability to effectively manage and coach others
• A collaborative mindset, are a team player
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below information on benefits offered is here.

Colorado  $103,000-$124,000

New York $ 95,000-$144,000
