Job Description
App/Cloud Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of App/Cloud Support Manager in Atlanta, GA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Provide uninterrupted support across all domains and platforms and seamless application stability.
- Implement, integrate, and manage end-to-end applications, maintain all environments within SDLC Life Cycle, and ensure successful deployment of released applications.
- Work independently with business and IT teams and provide user support on Workday Financials platform and related business processes.
- Develop complex design solutions and configurations, updates, and fixes to meet application functional requirements and company security standards.
- Implement Workday Configuration/Integration changes for break fixes or enhancement of existing processes.
- Serve as overall lead to existing teams to achieve deliverables.
- Modernize validation methodologies from old SOAP methods to API testing, and validations through New Relic Synthetics.
- Optimize applications by enhancing security standards and implementing new logging technologies.
- Leverage Workday Reports to create proactive monitors and dashboards.
- Modernize and automate manual work with Workday/Shell scripts to reduce manual intervention and errors by creating playbooks.
- Analyze data with checks on regular basis to predict failure and implement solutions.
- Fix Security Vulnerabilities on application and server platforms.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working with clients in the Finance industry;
- Collaborating with Client Functional teams, Business Process leads, end users, stakeholders, teammates, vendors, and leadership team to ensure seamless services to clients;
- Analyzing functional requirement documents;
- Leading a team and conducting technical discussions;
- Creating technical design documents;
- Providing production support and resolving problems within Finance applications hosted in cloud environment;
- Scripting, coding, and deploying applications using DevOps technologies; and
- Managing application development and support projects.
Must have 1 year of experience in managing onshore and offshore delivery teams supporting critical applications in 24X7 environments.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
