Advanced Application/Cloud Support & Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Advanced Application/Cloud Support & Engineering Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Perform technical impact assessment for sustainment releases, conduct Veeva and Salesforce version upgrades, and write and execute test scripts to validate Salesforce CRM.
- Plan, analyze, and design Salesforce CRM and Veeva Vault Architectural patterns.
- Provide low level technical designs and implement solutions, resolve environment technical issues, and ensure development execution according to plan.
- Fix integration issues between Salesforce CRM and Veeva Vault and Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Azure Database.
- Work with product vendors to understand solutions and capabilities to support business needs.
- Provide operational support, including maintenance, SAAS Patch releases, production issue resolution, performance measurements against KPIs.
- Perform continuous development and continuous improvements and determine appropriate delivery approach based on the type of initiative/project to deliver in both GxP and Non-GxP environments.
- Coordinate with technical teams for the development, deployment, and operations of new technology platforms and solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Technology Capability Lead and Domain Architects to propose new technologies or features to enable business capabilities with agility, velocity, and quality while optimizing costs.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Gathering requirements and establishing processes, standards, solutions, services utilizing cloud computing technologies, including Salesforce Platform and Veeva;
- All stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies;
- Working with Salesforce CRM and Veeva Vault platform;
- Providing technical support to clients in the Pharmaceutical industry, including with compliance and regulatory associated GxP systems; and
- Utilizing integration tools, including Informatica, to develop integration solution architecture.
Must have willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the California Transparency Bill, the offered wage for this role is $215,197.00 per year.
