Test Engineering Associate Manager

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Test Management including estimating, planning, script development and maintenance, and execution;
• Test Maturity models, including validation and process improvement initiatives;
• Day-to-day operations and management of providing software testing services and quality assurance to an engagement;
• Tracking and reporting on service level and metrics;
• Validating testability of requirements and providing test effort;
• Conducting Defect Triage meetings with different teams involved in Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC); and
• Conducting root cause analysis of defects found during system integration testing.

Must have 3 years of experience in leading User Acceptance testing effort and working with business users to drive testing.

Must have 1 year of experience in leading and coordinating onshore and offshore teams supporting systems integration testing.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
