You Are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game
The Work:
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
Has deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms and SAP architectures on them
Perform as SAP Basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest technology, tools, and architecture in SAP landscape
Identify, assesses and solves complex technology problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Perform system-wide analysis regarding the allocation of enterprise application technology and performance
Develop analysis of technology architecture design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts
Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions
Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions
Manages large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
Located in or willing to relocate to Oklahoma City or Tulsa
Minimum of 7 years SAP Technology Architecture experience (landscape design, Integrations, Sizing, etc.).
Minimum of 7 years SAP Basis experience (either cloud or on-premise)
Minimum of 3 full SAP Lifecycle Implementations, should include managing a team of technical SAP resources on or offshore
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Bonus Points if:
Experience with SAP Cloud migrations (to public cloud platforms).
Experience working with a large consulting company OR in the Energy Industry
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. California: $131,100 to $302,400
Colorado: $131,100 to $261,300
New York: $121,400 to $302,400
Washington: $139,600 to $278,200
