The work:
Instructs live in-person training classes.
Ensures that end users interact with systems in the manner consistent with training and education. Recognizes deviation from standard use and educates staff.
Assists as required for classroom scheduling and training class set-up.
Reviews class materials in advance for preparation.
Effectively communicates with participants, addresses or escalates questions and concerns.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of subject matter.
Maintains records of training activities to help monitor program effectiveness.
Works closely with the Training Lead and/or aligned supervisor to manage timelines, report status, and escalate and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
High School Diploma required
1-2 years of experience conducting in-person training in a medical or healthcare setting
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time (Sunday - Thursday)
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree
Eligibility Requirements:
US Citizenship required, no duals

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $55,000 - $93,400
Colorado: $55,000 - $80,600
New York City: $63,700 - $93,400
Washington: $58,500 - $85,900
