People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.

Job Description

The Office Operations Associate will serve as a member of our location services team and will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for a wide range of services that include executing office meetings and events, internal and external customer support and general administrative care. The OOA oversees the daily maintenance and preparation of meeting and work spaces, relationships with vendors, reservation tool and assisting clients with guest badges. Additional duties may include time/expense reporting and reconciliation, invoice duties and projects in MS Office. 

Tasks to include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts, review performance against strategy and budget).

  • Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions facility and building management services such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery and logistics and/or storage services, etc.

  • Manage and schedule facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, security and other infrastructure appointments.

  • Creative problem-solving to ensure customer and client satisfaction while utilizing network of contacts

  • Strong communicator, able to multi-task and make proactive decisions

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the office or workgroup.

  • Ensure a positive and memorable experience while visiting this location

  • Identify and research new caterers and vendors to provide variety of options

  • Maintain the space in a neat/tidy fashion including general use areas, repairs, inventory management, etc.   

The hours are typically 8am-5pm but flexibility is required for this role (ie: 6:30am start time for special events).

  • Onsite CF Roles - This role will require you to work in the office



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of office operations, facility management or corporate hospitality experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (+-11 years), College Degree preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Proactive business partner—demonstrated customer service mentality, assuming ownership over solutions while maintaining flexibility and adaptability

  • Team player—desire to work as a team player while accepting substantial individual responsibility

  • Technology savvy with an interest in new generation technology—comfortable doing things a different way, trouble-shooting and recommending new technology

  • Discrete—ability to work with highly confidential material and maintain confidentiality

  • Continuous learner mindset—desire to grow quickly with a commitment to excellence

  • Good communication skills (written and oral)

  • Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Ability to communicate and work with all level of customers

  • Ability to lift and move items, up to 40 lbs.

  • Knowledgeable about local restaurants, hotels, directions and places of interest for clients and customers

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $49,788 - $102,600

Colorado: $49,788 - $88,700

New York City: $57,625 - $102,600

Washington: $53,015 - $94,400
