Client Service Delivery Manager (Accenture LLP; Austin, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Client Service Delivery Manager in Austin, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Develops and implements strategic account plan to address key program challenges and to increase Accenture's ability to deliver upon our commitments to clients.
  • Coordinates the delivery of service level agreements and day-to-day operational management to ensure that the team consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Manages the pipeline of potential high visibility projects, including the relevant stakeholder expectations, to ensure ample opportunity to exceed in-year and future commitments.
  • Leads Sourcing and Category Management teams in day-to-day execution against sourcing project work plans.
  • Implants best practices and drives data driven continuous improvement initiatives for multiple projects.
  • Pursues and develops executive level and stakeholder relationships across the account.
  • Supports the Reporting Set-up Team by leading reporting requirements for SLA and business requirements.
  • Resolves critical issues that impede delivery of contract commitments.
  • Identify new opportunities for account growth and projects Accenture as a strategic partner, capable of providing business solutions for all client needs.
  • Promotes corporate objectives, ensuring the team is supporting overall company direction and growth.


Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing CRM packages with Salesforce ticketing system;
  • Utilizing Chappie on Salesforce and providing solutions on front-end;
  • Utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodology;
  • Utilizing complex dashboards on PLX platform and providing valuable business insights;
  • Utilizing LMS platform for interactive trainings and assessments;
  • Designing and executing detailed action plans for continued improvements on ongoing projects;
  • Managing projects financials, keeping costs in control, and delivering projected profitability goals;
  • Leading value analysis to generate business insights and identifying value creation opportunities for clients;
  • Supply Chain operations for digital video platform;
  • Working with social media paid products and creator partners; and
  • Driving key project solution and processing design decisions.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
