Salesforce Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Salesforce Application Development Manager in Irving, TX to utilize Salesforce Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud technical capabilities to implement Salesforce solutions for our customers. S/he will perform the following duties: apply industry knowledge to recommend technical solutions to meet business objectives; customize Salesforce service, sales and marketing cloud through the use of Vlocity, Salesforce Lightning, and Angular JS; deliver assigned work products through an Agile delivery model actively participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives; work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and support the translation into deliverable user stories; coordinate delivery across both internal onshore and offshore teams as well as client business and technical resources, perform functional design, technical design, code and unity test, regression test, and integration testing for assigned deliverables, perform peer and code reviews of deliverables of others and support deployment and post deployment support activities, including system monitoring, implementation of enhancements and implementation and testing of defect fixes.
This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Application Development Senior Analyst; Application Development Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer Analyst, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 year of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Configuration, Development and Testing; 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Configuration, Development & Testing to configure, develop, deploy, and support Salesforce/Vlocity solutions and related customizations for our client; 3 years of experience in Vlocity Development to configure, develop, deploy, and support Salesforce/Vlocity solutions and related customizations for our client; 3 years of experience in Angular JS Development to configure, develop, deploy, and support Salesforce/Vlocity solutions and related customizations for our client; and 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Development to configure, develop, deploy, and support Salesforce/Vlocity solutions and related customizations for our client.
Telecommuting is permitted 2 days per week or 40% of time; employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
Positions are based in Irving, TX but requires domestic travel up to 50% of an average work week.
