As an empowered decision maker on the Global Recruiting team, the Policy & Compliance Manager role is critical to ensuring Accenture’s recruitment function is run with consistency, transparency, and compliance to Accenture’s core values and code of business ethics. As the manager for recruiting policies and legal compliance, you and your team will help to protect the company’s reputation and brand image by prioritizing regulatory compliance in our recruiting function.
