· Develop human-centered strategies for change that are agile, and ready for the digital world
· Support the translation of strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic change strategies
· Help companies to manage change for platform transformation programs that will make them more capable organizations by deploying platform applications such as SAP S/4HANA, ORACLE, SALESFORCE, etc.
· Help companies in managing change as they accelerate their journey to cloud that includes cloud deployment and migration programs related to AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure etc. Bring in the experience in organization design, processes, roles and skills, leveraging culture as a multiplier to achieve exponential value.
· Support North America Market development activities for Cloud and Platform Change Management as a solution architect.
· Collaborate with a global team of Cloud and Change Solution Architects and resources and engage the North America community to grow the Cloud and Platform Change work.
· Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:
§ Predictive analytics
§ Engagement, collaboration and facilitation tools like Mentimeter, etc.
§ Experience design using personas and informed by organizational analytic
· Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here’s what you need:
· At least 10 years of Change Management experience in above mentioned Application Platforms (SAP S/4HANA, ORACLE, SALESFORCE, etc.) and /or Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure etc.)
· A Bachelor’s Degree
Bonus points if:
· At least 10 years’ experience working on consulting engagements on change management
· Deep experience in Organization Change Management in the Supply Chain and/or Finance functional areas for Platform Application transformation programs (for example Change Management for S/4 Hana deployment involving FICO or Supply Chain modules).
· Change Management Certifications such as Prosci or in Platform Application and/or Cloud Platforms
· Experience as a Solution Architect and estimation of Change Management programs
· At least 6 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
§ Change Capability
§ Change Analytics
§ Change Management
§ Design Thinking
§ Agile Change
§ Cultural Change
§ Cloud Transformation
§ Upskilling / Reskilling
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516- $ 288,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
