The Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Strategy Director role sits within the Marketing Transformation Practice and more specifically within the Marketing Strategy group. This role will focus on creating and implementing strategies that drive positive employee and talent engagement for our clients. The key focus area for this role include (but are not limited to):
Identifying the best talent prospects, developing a recruitment marketing strategy and integrated plan/roadmap that will engage these prospects and ultimately lead to conversion
Crafting or evolving an employer brand to engage potential talent and retain current talent. This includes positioning, messaging architecture, personas, journey and more.
Developing a robust Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to define what makes a client a great place to work for both new talent and existing talent
Whether focusing on recruitment marketing, employer brand or a combination, you will be leading a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including primary research (both quantitative and qualitative), developing audience segmentation, crafting a strategy, communications planning, and determining effectiveness (measurement and analysis).
Externally, you’ll help us grow long-term relationships with our clients, become a go-to market consultant and advisor the Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing offering, and lead passionate, nimble teams to deliver successful work. Internally, you’ll inspire and mentor junior talent on the team as you help grow our practice and capabilities. You’ll also collaborate and work hand-in-hand with others at Accenture as you integrate related business activity, particularly in creative agency services, Talent & Organization, marketing operations, media, and data and analytics.

Assist in designing a research methodology to fill gaps and inform Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing strategies
Develop audience segmentation to inform precise targeting of best talent prospects
Create and leverage strategies into marketing and communications plans to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention of talent
Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues by serving as a strategic advisor to help them understand the importance of a positive employee value proposition and multi-channel recruitment marketing (paid, owned, earned)
Play an integral role within the practice to create and expand practice offerings
Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the Marketing Strategy practice
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience; either in-house or agency
Minimum of 5 years of communications strategy experience
Minimum of 5 years in agency environment
Minimum of 2 years working to develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies, employer brand development and/or employee value propositions
Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, knowledge of research methods (quantitative and qualitative), ability to search for insight and shepherd strategic idea
Subject matter expert in recruitment marketing/employer brand with a desire to go beyond the creative campaign; ability to flex to other areas of marketing strategy as needed
Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
Experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high-impact strategies
Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices; paid media knowledge highly desired
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance
