Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.

Job Description

Provide support to executives with organizational responsibilities. Manage calendar through coordinating and rescheduling appointments. Anticipate travel needs and coordinate arrangements, itineraries, and logistics. Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including form preparation, invoicing, contact and email distribution list maintenance.

The US ESS MD Integration Team supports and guides newly hired Experienced Managing Directors and Acquired Managing Directors through Ventures/Acquisitions in the US during their 30 – 45 days at Accenture. 

  • EAs are on point to deliver consistent and standard service by completing the MD integration schedules, answering questions about our business, policies and processes and providing other general on-boarding support.

  • Assessing the long-term support needs to ensure we align MDs with the right permanent support within our EA models.

  • Smooth transition the MD to permanent EA.

Collaborate proactively with members of the team and stakeholders with open exchange of ideas, creative problem solving and overall sharing of information to ensure that customer experiences are engaging and fulfilling

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years as Executive Assistant and/or office administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $37,476 - $68,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
