Job Description

Our mission is to provide the ultimate support experience through best-in-class service and innovative solutions, to allow partners and users to learn, grow and engage with the content aggregator.  As an Incubation Agent, you will have unique opportunities to trial exciting new workflows, products, policies, tools and features and to help our client to test hypotheses and theories ahead of these scaling to the broader population. Incubation agents work with different areas of the client’s business to flesh out requirements, solidify processes and targets, share early feedback/ ideas, brainstorm solutions, implement improvements, and drive value and growth for workflows which graduate from our incubation hub. Our team has built strong client relationships from our proven track record of generating strong insights and exceeding expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues in a friendly and accurate manner

  • Identify key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively

  • Collaboratively share feedback through appropriate channels related to tools, processes or systemic user/product issues

  • Flag trends and potential global technical issues

  • Escalate issues providing all the relevant information when required striving to resolve them in a timely manner

  • Successfully complete Training provided

  • Demonstrate flexibility to move between different projects regularly (could be several opportunities per year)

  • Successfully hand off projects, and document key learnings

This is not a virtual/remote role; the role requires you to work in office in Austin, TX, and a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.


Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months experience working in a customer support environment

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English and comprehension with proficiency in neutral accents, must pass English test and be comfortable using tools in English

  • Demonstrates speed, agility, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong analytical and general troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information and quickly adopt changes 

  • Ability to think creatively, escalate issues and form ideas to solve these issues

  • A self-starter who won’t hesitate to speak up to make our support organization and experience better for users and partners

  • Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment

  • Significant attention to detail

  • Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving environment

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Appetite to become an expert in our client’s platform

  • Ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver high quality service

  • Excellent prioritization skills

  • This role requires you work on-site and being fully vaccinated is a requirement of entry premises

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the pay for this role is $20.00 and information on benefits is here
