As part of the Customer, Sales & Service practice, we develop strategies and deliver solutions across the front-office to help strengthen long-term customer relationships. We help our clients reimagine the front-office as a ‘business of experience’, helping transform the sales, marketing, commerce, and service experience as the customer connection shifts to digital.

Ability to deliver and manage dynamic management consulting projects with heavy client engagement
Synthesize overall business and technical needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions and selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.
Deliver Banking engagements, including managing specific project workstreams (scope and schedule) and junior team members, as well as client requests and deliverables.
Partner with our clients to help them design and implement innovative solutions to outperform the competition.
Ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver high impact transformation initiatives
Help develop of our next generation Banking offerings for Customer, Sales & Service.

Here’s What You Need:
3-5+ years relevant experience managing or creating project deliverables in a consulting environment, with broad experience in management or technology consulting delivering sales, service, and digital transformations
2-3+ years leading transformations in the Banking industry from initiation through successful delivery.
Experienced delivering a wide range of Banking solutions; deep understanding of the industry and its challenges and opportunities.
Strong client management and relationship development skills.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $167,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
