Data Science IT Project Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Cincinnati, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Science IT Project Senior Manager in Cincinnati, OH to oversee all work delivered through a global/ regional center service delivery operation, including managing the teams, implementing, and improving standard processes and tools and business workflows. S/he will perform the following duties: drive operational efficiencies; meet operational and financial commitments against agreed contractual obligations; support the sales process, as needed, by participating in the solution design & deal shape; capture resourcing requirements and coordinate with HR and scheduling in organization to help induct / recruit resources with necessary skills; monitor team engagement, work allocation and performance of team members by working closely with team managers / leads, against delivery SLAs; identify training requirements, improvement areas, and drive recommendations for career progression or resource pyramid changes; implement/ improve processes, tools & workflows; coordinate with client SMEs / business stakeholders to identify new asks, gaps and process improvements; collaborate with technology stakeholders to help build business case, determine ROI, & solution viability; drive operational efficiencies and optimize resource allocation by consolidating effort and skill requirements across multiple workstreams; streamline client business processes by monitoring day-to-day application execution workflows, identify areas of automation, and potential solutions for addressing SLA breach; drive initiatives that foster innovation by eliminating cost / effort redundancy while building synergy between teams supporting different lines of business; forecast and track resource availability to achieve maximum resource utilization & maximize revenue; support sales process by working with solution / sales leads to contribute towards defining scope, revenue model, and terms and conditions of statement of work; and strive to safeguard IP for Accenture tools / products, and enforce industry specific compliance and data regulatory requirements as part of the sales solution.



Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field. The position also requires 7 years of progressively responsible post- baccalaureate experience as an Associate Manager, Team Lead, Software Specialist, Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer or in a related IT position, including the following professional experience: 3 years of experience in capturing business and system requirements, mapping requirements to use cases and user story documentation, and providing advisory support through all phases of product feature development and implementation; 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT domain in preferred business functions of Medicare, Pharmacy, Claims, Consumer Driven Health, compliance reports & data analytics; 5 years of experience in managing client stakeholders that are key for service oversight and performing day-today project management; 3 years of experience in software testing functions such as unit/ system/ integration testing to drive more efficiency into the testing process, reducing the footprint of manual testers and associated cost; 3 years of experience in application maintenance and implementing automation solutions to identify improvement areas in business workflow; and 3 years of experience in managing healthcare data necessary to support the business, managed and integrated within the organization's IT systems and applications.
