Data analysts in this position are expected to proactively identify pain points and gaps in existing policy frameworks and find innovative solutions. You develop effective compliance systems and work with teams to implement these across the organization. Thoroughness is essential in all you do as you create dashboards, scripts and data sites for several different teams and applications, ensuring data presented is actionable, accurate and visually compelling.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Deliver accurate reporting with an emphasis on efficiency and quality
Excellent organization and communication skills, and managing complex projects at an departmental level
Formulate plans and projects with data visualization tools and platforms
Identify all risks associated with execution of the assigned tasks within the business process and understand the security requirements linked to the business process.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow-up
Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback Conduct root cause analysis to improve processes and procedures
Develops and maintain scripts, data sites and dashboards as required by business needs
Keep confidentiality of our partners’ content
Collaborate with the team in working towards common goals and objectives
May act as the primary knowledge resource for content and use this knowledge to raise process and/or procedure improvement opportunities
Assists other data analysts and program manager/lead in required program maintenance
Actively looks for opportunities to apply process improvements across program
This is not a virtual/remote role; the role is work site dependent and requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years experience in a reporting and analytics role
Preferred Skills / Experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and the internet
Proactive with a strong work ethic and eagerness to ‘go the extra mile’
Advanced SQL experience or equivalent certifications
RCA (root-cause analysis) toolkit knowledge and experience
Proficiency with the Google suite, including Plx and Sheets
Experience in Compliance training and communications
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Experience with HTML, CSS, and Markdown is a plus
At least one year of experience with BI tools (Data Studio, Tableau) a plus, but not needed
Experience with boolean logic such as AND, OR, NOR, etc. is a bonus
Ability to be a self-starter and effectively manage time and deadlines
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
