WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a CareerWise Apprentice with Accenture, you will be aligned with Corporate Functions.  This area of the business includes functions such as Workplace Management, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance. These functions and the people who work in them are the engine that powers Accenture, enabling the company and our people to provide business solutions to our clients.

Office Operations Associate


Workplace Management professionals provide office space and service support for all Accenture people.  This team is responsible for supporting all aspects of our Accenture offices (reception, room reservations, office supplies, catering and office events, etc.).  Our focus is to provide customer support with individualized attention, accurate information, efficient service and timely follow-up.  As an Office Operations Apprentice, these are the kind of tasks you’ll complete:

  • Join a diverse and inclusive team, filled with different Accenture teammates
  • Greet guests and employees
  • Provide employee and customer support
  • Prepare and maintain conference rooms for executive meetings
  • Using an on-line tool to assign and confirm meeting space
  • Participate in various other operations activities that include creating guest badges, arranging for catering, and performing general administrative duties
  • Coordinate various activities that could include project planning, logistics, and outreach
  • Work on special projects to expand your career readiness competencies (research, writing, communication, time management, etc.)

Government Relations Associate

  • Join a diverse and inclusive team, filled with different Accenture teammates
  • You may have an opportunity to work on diverse local and global priorities on the Government Relations team
  • These are the kind of tasks you’ll complete:
    • Research and analyze internal and external strategies and programs
    • Generate and synthesize reports
    • Observe and listen to others and document ideas, concerns, insights, notes, etc.
    • Develop and support the creation of materials and communications related to programs
    • Collaborate with teammates and internal customers
    • Coordinate various activities that could include project planning, logistics, and outreach
    • Work on special projects to expand your career readiness competencies (research,
            writing, communication, time management, etc.)


Location Technology Support Associate

Location Technology Support Apprentices provide technical assistance to computer users, answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients. This role is part of the IT infrastructure and systems and provides support with computer hardware and software. This includes printing, installation, word processing, email, and operating systems. Join a diverse team filled with people from different backgrounds and experiences.

  • These are the kind of tasks you’ll complete:
    • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
    • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve various problems (e.g., malfunctioning software, user account lock out).
    • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
    • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
    • Observe and listen to others, documenting ideas, concerns, insights, notes, etc.
    • Collaborate with teammates and internal customers
    • Work on special projects to expand your career readiness competencies (research, writing, communication, time management, etc.)

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $15/hr and information on benefits offered is here.
