JOB DESCRIPTION – Coordinating Producer

Coordinating producer oversees event scheduling, crew assignments, customer invoicing and cost recovery; reports to Global Lead Studios and Customer Success with daily oversight from Boston-based Coordinating Producer Lead.

Event Scheduling / Crew Assignments: serves as the first point of contact for customers requesting broadcasts, video shoots, video edits or other events and manages resources and crew scheduling of events in Chicago, Prague and India.

  • Responds to event requests from customers, confirming/assigning events based on availability of resources and crew.

    • Contacts customer if there are questions about the complexity of the event to determine their needs and best course of action.

    • Rejects requests when appropriate; works with customer to determine other options

    • Works through logistical challenges and determines appropriate staffing plan with the objective of evenly distributing work across the team.

    • Has visibility to event scheduling, resource management and staffing on assignments in all regions.

  • Distributes daily assignment report

  • Help Team Lead document organizational standards for event scheduling and assignment.

  • Has awareness of team member schedules, PTO, and local holidays.

  • Has extensive knowledge of team pricing structure and logistical requirements for events.

Customer invoicing / Cost Recovery: serves as last point of contact for customers after a broadcast, video shoot, video edit, or other events produced.

  • Generates and sends customer invoice within 24 hours of event/project concluding and serves as primary point of contact for customer invoice questions. 

    • Responds to customer billing inquiries daily.

  • Supports input of monthly cost recovery figures for all events/projects.

  • Supports management of team procurement, keeps record of invoices and reallocates expenses to appropriate cost center.

  • Supports processing of event transcript requests from customers; returns doc to customer with charge details, pays vendor invoice.


  • Quick response time to customers; confirm events within 24 hours of initial request and invoice customer within 24 hours of event conclusion.

    • Evenly distribute events across the team.

  • Gain extensive knowledge of team pricing structure and logistical requirements for events.

  • Learn team invoicing and cost recovery processes.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and increase efficiency of new and current processes.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 yrs. Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient MS Office Suite; Outlook and Excel

Professional Skills:

  • Strong written communication

  • Problem-solving

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $48,600 - $105,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
